Massage Therapy

Massage therapists assess soft tissues and joints of the body for treatment and prevention of dysfunction, injury, pain and physical disorders. We are able to aid in improve and increase range of motions to help you in your daily life activities. Massage therapists can also help in reducing tension in the body that is caused from stress.

Justin graduated from Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy June 2016 in Regina SK, with a diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy.

Along with Swedish Massage, he also offers the following: Deep Tissue Massage Therapeutic Massage TMJD Remedial and Therapeutic Exercise Sports massage

Justin’s hobbies include: studying philosophy and sociology in his spare time, working-out, longboarding, creating art, poetry and going to concerts. He is excited to be adding new modalities to his practice in the near future.

Kerri graduated from Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy June 2018 in Regina, SK with a diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy.

She offers Therapeutic, Relaxation, Pregnancy, Myofascial Cupping, Acupressure & Meridian Techniques and in the future plans to add many other modalities into her practice!

Her hobbies include walking, reading, weight lifting, and adventuring with her dog Duke!

Danielle graduated from Western College of Remedial Massage Therapies June 2016 in Regina, SK. Danielle was awarded the Principal’s Award of Excellence for the highest average and perfect attendance. Danielle have completed and kept up to date on her CPR and First Aid Certificate, as well as her diploma in Sports Massage Therapy. She has most recently completed her Graston Technique course and has received her designation for it. She was voted Prairie Dog’s Best Massage Therapist of Regina in 2019. Danielle is highly active and strives for a healthy and all around well being lifestyle.

Danielle is always up for a challenge and she is well organized. Danielle have been an athlete her entire life. She strives to provide quality treatments and educate her clients on the importance of rehabilitation of injuries and the benefits of massage therapy. Her interests include snowboarding, riding a motorcycle, pole dancing, paddle boarding and spending time with her friends and family.
